Joe Forde has worked in the area of personal transformation for over 14 years helping people with a wide array of issues like habit changing, dealing with stress, overwhelm, fear, panic, past trauma, and many other modern life challenges. He uses the tools and techniques of Clinical Hypnotherapy, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Quantum Thinking Transformation (QTT), Soma Breathwork,  Mindfulness, and many other modalities to make changes in his own life and help many people in their journey of transformation.
With a vast amount of experience in working with clients in one-to-one sessions and providing group training to government organizations and corporate companies, Joe has developed methods and concepts that help people from all walks of life to understand themselves better and help to make Conscious and Subconscious changes so they can live the life they desire.
